Coffee grown on the high hills of Dipilto, a small town located a few kilometers from the border with Honduras. Dipilto coffee stands out among other Nicaraguan coffees because the plantation is naturally irrigated by a small river but also because the local farmers mix the grains harvested with wild cherries that grow spontaneously on the territory.
