Tarrazu is probably the most famous coffee region of central Costa Rica thanks also to the Pirris river which supplies water to the plateau region. The estate, with plantations located between 1300 and 1600 metres, cultivates a very fine coffee, very sweet, with a slight note of acidity and hints of apple and dates.
