Colombia is the third largest producer of coffee and the Huila region is characterized by the high quality of the cultivated beans. This specialty coffee is grown at about 1700 metres on the Andes mountain a range in a mild climate, a combination that gives a great balance between body and acidity. The final result is a decidedly lively cup with flavours of candied fruit, ripe plum and dried dates and a prolonged aftertaste of dark chocolate and raisins.
